Really???
I mean, I’m not usually someone who suffers from migraines or headaches, right? You all know me—I’m easy-going, don’t stress easily… except maybe when I’m scrambling 30 minutes before a last-minute assignment is due, hehe.
So when I actually got a headache, it felt weird—for me and for everyone around me. People were like, “WTH is she dealing with??” Because, honestly, I’m usually that chill and lazy type, haha.
Anyway… I had a throbbing headache for three whole days. WTH. What’s even funnier? I hadn’t scrolled my phone or opened my laptop for an entire week. Didn’t even reply to WhatsApp messages.
And then… I realized the culprit. I hadn’t eaten rice. Yep. I had convinced myself I was “dieting,” so I only had a single bowl of bihun sup per day. Boom—instant headache.
The funniest (or scariest) part? I even googled my symptoms and the articles were like, “This headache could mean you’re going to die soon.” Adoiii… talk about overthinking.
Lesson learned: sometimes you just need to eat properly. Time to repent a little, because clearly my “healthy habits” were still a bit lacking, huhu…
